Abstract

Description of the range of access rights to the ledger data, both reading and writing.

Motivation

Reading and writing access rights enable the retrieval and storing of data on the ledger. Establishing the level of access to resources and providing guidelines for applications to make use of the agreed access rights is part of the network governance.
